About Us

Lux Energy is a turnkey solar electric systems installer in northern California. They are a young, dynamic company with a solid background in electro technical applications and energy management. From 1989 to 2002 the company was operating in Italy, working on the electrification of warehouses, shopping centers, offices and houses. They moved to California in 2004, and since then they have been focusing on renewable energy applications.

Off-Grid: With the help of renewable sources of energy and utilizing the best technology available on the market, they design and install stand-alone power systems. This allows them to provide clean and smart electricity in remote areas or wherever independent power is needed.

Battery backup: They offer an alternative solution to help customers of utility electric companies with the problem of power outages. Their battery backup system is efficient (it generates power on demand), silent and maintenance free. It is an attractive alternative to traditional generators.

Grid-Tie: They design and install Grid-Tie solar power systems with battery backup capable of generating electricity even in the event of blackouts. The applications of their stand-alone systems typically include, but are not limited to, sites where it is impossible, expensive or simply undesirable to have utility power lines delivering electricity.
